Body Positivity Movement
Beyond amazing workout, instructors and group of people! I feel great mentally and physically after every class. I love how the workouts change so my body always feels the burn, and my results are better then any personal trainer I have ever had. I highly recommend this workout, even to people that hate the "group" workouts.
Thanks BPM. My legs were strong enough for 5 consecutive days of skiing for the first time ever!!
I feel safe training with BPM, despite my injuries and the fact that I'm trying to slowly ramp up my fitness again. She does a REALLY good job making it fun, JUUUUUST hard enough, and also very educational.
