Body Positivity Movement is taking the guilt and shame out of your workout! At BPM we are dedicated to the idea that we are all beautiful and unique the way we are, as we are in this moment. We celebrate differences and being where you are at. Our fitness model uses strength, endurance, and body awareness as the measuring stick. We practice functional fitness, which trains muscles and movements that are used in everyday life and improves your life far beyond the gym or studio walls. The journey to a healthy outside, begins inside. Our goal is to help you become fit, flexible and love who you are, from the inside- out.
FITNESS- BOOTCAMP 1.0
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY AT 6AM
All of our classes can be attended by any of our members. We welcome people of all genders, all shapes and sizes. Our goal is to make this world a better place, by having a space that offers a caring, welcoming environment, to foster loving yourself, and in turn, the world.
The equipment we use includes- body weight, kettlebells, resistance bands, sandbags, parallel bars, and TRX.
FITNESS- BOOTCAMP 2.0
TUESDAY, THURSDAY AT 6AM, SATURDAY 8AM
All of our classes can be attended by any of our members. We welcome people of all genders, all shapes, and sizes. Our goal is to make this world a better place, by having a space that offers a caring, welcoming environment, to foster loving yourself, and in turn, the world.
This is a 40 intensive to help you get on a path to healing from the inside out. It is not a weight loss program. You may lose weight, you may not. The objective is to start to learn more about yourself, how to eat more intuitively, and do the things for yourself that make you feel good and not feel guilt. It is a step by step process to a healthier happier lifestyle.
Being authentic is hard in today’s world, This group is for girls ages 9-13 to start learning how to feel good about themselves, inside and out. To learn how to better deal with the world, and be the best version of themselves. It will also give them a good workout, to help them feel strong and healthy on the outside too!
